  • What is CARVE?

    CARVE is a High Performance pilates-inspired low impact, resistance training workout using slow and mindful movements targeting the lower and upper body and CORE. Our class sizes are personalized, so you’ll get attention throughout class. Be ready to sweat, shake, and smile! 

  • Can I do CARVE if I’ve never worked out?

    CARVE is ready for you if you are willing to find the joy in working out.

  • Do you offer introductory classes?

    We STRONGLY suggest to start with a Basic CARVE/Introduction class as your first CARVE workout. We will focus on technique, form and modifications that you can take with you to any of our other classes.

  • What should I bring to class?

    GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES. Bring a water bottle and towel to keep by your machine. We will also have grip socks and water for purchase. 

  • What is the Class Cancellation Policy?

    Classes must be cancelled more than 8 hours prior to the start time of class, otherwise the class will be charged a late cancel fee if unlimited, or you will lose the credit of you have a pack or limited monthly membership. 

  • What if I am late?

    For your safety, no entry is permitted after 5 minutes past the start of the class time.

  • Can I book more than one Class?

    You may book more than one class in a day but not two spots in the same class. You are responsible for canceling all classes as they're subject to cancellation policy. 

  • What is the age requirement to take a class?

    The minimum age to take class is 16. Our clients under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian sign their waiver prior to taking their first class with us. 

  • Do you offer student/teacher/military/healthcare discounts?

    We offer discounts on our unlimited membership to active students, teachers, healthcare workers and military personnel. Please inquire at a studio for specific discounts or fill out the contact us form. 

  • Do the credits from my membership roll over to the next month?

    Your classes from a limited monthly membership will not roll over.

  • When am I billed for my membership?

    You are auto-charged each month on the day you purchased your membership.

  • How do I make adjustments to my membership?

    Please contact your specific studio or put in a request through the contact page regarding any adjustments or cancellation of membership.
