Basic

The workout created to introduce you to CARVE. For those new to CARVE and eager to test the waters! Expect to move at a more informative pace in a safe space. Become familiar with the CARVEFORMER and the method before bumping it up a notch in our other classes.

Slow-Twitch

The cornerstone of CARVE, this Total Body class will primarily activate your slow-twitch muscles in various ranges to increase endurance, flexibility and, of course, STRENGTH. Slow, controlled, and mindful. Eliminating momentum, putting ALL the work and effort into your muscles. You will discover muscles you never knew you had.

Power

High Intensity. Get ready to activate your fast and slow-twitch muscle fibers, incorporating strength and power with low-impact cardio bursts leaving your muscles feeling toned to exhaustion with faster-paced movements and varying resistance. *We recommend at least 10 Slow-Twitch CARVE classes prior to taking this class.

Upper Focus

2/3 Upper Body. 1/3 Everything else. Get ready to vary your muscle groups in this class focusing primarily on strength and hypertrophy for the upper body. Think back and biceps or chest and triceps. Don’t worry, we will leave some time to cover the rest of the body too.
